Oncology patients, patients with coagulation problems, patients with uncontrolled endocrine disorders, patients who have recently received radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy, and pregnant women are not suitable candidates for dental implant treatment. Apart from this, dental implant treatment is successfully applied to patients of all ages, starting from the age of 16-18, as long as there is no problem in general health that prevents treatment with the completion of development.

Since the dental implant imitates the natural tooth root, it does not create a feeling of excess in the mouth.

Since the dental implant procedure is performed under local anesthesia, no pain is felt during the procedure.

In cases where the condition of the tooth to be extracted and the bone structure of our patient are suitable – mostly in the aesthetic region – we can perform implant placement in the same session, even prosthesis on the implant, following tooth extraction. Thus, our patients who apply to our clinic for tooth extraction can leave our clinic with a new tooth. X-ray/tomography examination and intraoral examination are essential to determine whether our patients are suitable for this process called “immediate implant placement and instant loading”.

According to recent studies, implants fuse to the jawbone with a rate of over 95 percent. Although rare, bone quality, heavy smoking, negativities during surgery, infection, etc. For some reasons, negative effects may occur during the boiling process. In these cases, the implant that does not fuse with the bone is removed from its place (if necessary, after waiting for a while) and a new implant, which is covered by our clinic, is placed in the relevant area.
